The staff here are warm and friendly, providing excellent service and making sure your stay is pleasant. The location is perfect, being central to town and close to all amenities, with the added bonus of a picturesque view of the castle from some rooms. The rooms themselves are comfortable and clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities for a relaxing stay.

That the shower was slow and an extra pillow each would have made for a more comfortable sleep. However, overall, everything was fine.

The bathroom floor in the room we stayed at was badly stained/worn. The mirror was positioned awkwardly in order to dry hair and apply makeup.

Had a delicious evening meal at Dobbins, greeted by a lovely girl who was so helpful and nice. The chicken burgers were 100% chicken and absolutely delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere in the pub was enjoyable. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal.

We appreciated the prompt response to our shower trouble and the staff's attentiveness in fixing it. The location of the hotel was ideal, being centrally located and close to the seafront. Additionally, the room was clean and well-equipped, providing us with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The bedroom was slightly chilly during our stay, but we understand that this could be due to the building's age and the time of year. Additionally, it took a while for the hot water to come through in the tap, but once it did, we had no further issues.

The location of the inn is ideal, just a five minute walk from the railway station with trains to Belfast every thirty minutes. The bar at the inn is the center of the universe in Carrickfergus on weekends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was acceptable.
