This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. we were impressed with the incredible value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms were spotless and beautifully presented, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. And the views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, adding a touch of magic to our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was outstanding. We were delighted to find a variety of options, including veggie sausages and a special dish cooked to order, making our morning meal a truly enjoyable experience.

The location of the guest house is ideal, as it is within a five minute walk of the town center, allowing easy access to all the amenities and attractions. The rooms are spacious, bright, and airy, with comfortable beds and en-suite toilets. The breakfast provided is delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit and cereal, as well as a cooked breakfast option. the hosts provide special touches like homemade cupcakes and a wide variety of tea and coffee.

Some guests may find it challenging to find a parking space due to the busy surrounding streets.

Nothing everything was great.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely guest house in Keswick. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the owners. They greeted us with a cup of tea and freshly baked cakes each day, which was such a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a great view of Skiddaw. The attention to detail was impressive, with wine glasses and a bottle opener provided. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the variety of fruit for those watching their diet. We truly felt at home here and can't wait to return.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms and the extra touches like a kettle, tea, coffee. The host, Amanda, was knowledgeable about the local area and always available to help. The breakfast had a large variety and options that could be customized to our needs, with a new special dish each day.

I recently stayed at a guest house in Keswick and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a relaxed and informal atmosphere. They even allowed us to use the kitchen facilities to store food and make our own sandwiches. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely comfy bed. The location was ideal, with easy access to the town center and local amenities. The owners had great knowledge of the area and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay here again in the future.
