Zara and Wesley, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, setting up the hot tub and providing clean towels and robes. Zara patiently showed us different tent options and gave us a tour. The comfortable beds and easy-to-use fire pit made for a cozy stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful singing birds created a heavenly atmosphere. We will definitely be back and recommend this hidden gem to our friends.

Located in a serene woodland setting, this escape offers a lovely community feel, with friendly staff and helpful residents. The Safari tent provides all the necessary amenities, including new showers and a fire pit that doubles as a barbecue. Families will appreciate the off-grid experience, peaceful surroundings, and the opportunity to relax in a hot tub. The wishing tree adds a touch of magic to the stay.

The basic toilets could use more cleaning and the addition of recycling facilities would be beneficial.

We were pleasantly surprised when two of our bell tents were upgraded to yurts, providing us with extra comfort. The host, Darryl, went above and beyond, even arranging a birthday surprise for my partner. The site had a charming wishing tree and was dog-friendly, making our furry friend's stay enjoyable too. Facilities such as fire pits and glow worms added to the overall ambiance. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and there was a lovely dog-friendly pub nearby.

Although the entrance could have been more welcoming, with rubbish piled high in certain areas, once inside the bell tent, we enjoyed a private and serene experience surrounded by nature.

We had an incredible stay at this hidden gem in South Barrow. The value for our money was excellent, with a spacious tent and comfortable beds in the yurt. The location was perfect, surrounded by peaceful nature and away from any noise pollution. The staff treated us like family, with the owner Darrell going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. He was especially amazing with our children, who thought he was the coolest person ever. We will definitely be returning to this happy place.

Breakfast delights were the only area that could be improved upon. It would have been great to have more variety and options to choose from.
