the room was warm and extremely comfortable, and the facilities were spotlessly clean. the staff were welcoming and lovely, and the breakfast provided every morning was a fantastic bonus. the location was perfect, with easy access to both the Central line and the Hammersmith line, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. I was also impressed with the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything I needed to cook my own meals. it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to return.
