We had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree By Hilton in Chelsea. The location was perfect for attending the Chelsea Garden Show, with many exhibitors and media choosing to stay here as well. The proximity to the Imperial Wharf Overground station made our trip from London Gatwick seamless. The rooms were nice, although a bit noisy. However, the fresh air from the windows made up for it. The staff at this hotel were truly customer-driven and went above and beyond to please their guests. The food was a pleasant surprise, especially the delicious homemade tomato and poached eggs for breakfast. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and value.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful pictures in our room and the bathroom. The reception team was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The pillows were super comfy and we enjoyed the delicious Yumi cookies. The cleanliness level was excellent throughout the hotel. The bar area was attractive and the entrance had a clean and professional look. The exterior of the hotel was also well maintained.

The only downside was that the room was a bit small for a family and the beds could have been longer. The view from our room was not the best.

The hotel is extremely close to Imperial Wharf Overground station, just a 2-minute walk away. The staff provides a warm and friendly welcome with hot chocolate chip cookies. The Tesco right across the road is very convenient for essentials. The room is spacious and has a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
