Heating in communal areas and room was freezing.

The superior room at Dubrovnik was absolutely amazing! The bathroom had a huge bath and a double shower, and the bedroom had double doors leading to a balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served a beautiful and delicious meal. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great value for our money at the Dubrovnik hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The location was convenient, situated between Bradford and Shipley. The staff, especially Tom and Dudley, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Menu for breakfast could have been more varied.

The hotel provides excellent value for money, especially with the deal including evening meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. The spacious room was clean and had a modern bathroom. The breakfast had a good choice and the hot breakfast was very tasty.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, attending to our every need. After a long journey, we were grateful for the soup and sandwiches provided by Ben. the superior double room we booked was spacious and immaculately clean, with a well-appointed bathroom. the highlight of our stay, however, was the amazing food. We enjoyed delicious meals every evening and the English breakfast was cooked to perfection. the hotel also catered to my food intolerances, providing beautiful gluten-free options. the prompt response to my email was also impressive.

Not easy to find at first 🧭

The Valentine's evening at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! the food was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. the room was warm and cozy, with lovely Valentine's decorations. the entertainment was top-notch, and the DJ kept the dance floor packed all night with a great variety of music. the atmosphere was lively and everyone seemed to be having a great time. the staff was amazing, providing complimentary welcome drinks and offering generous hospitality throughout the evening.

While the overnight stay was generally pleasant, there were a few negatives to mention. the shower in our room was positioned over a metal bath, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone with knee problems.

Arriving after a long drive, the staff at Dubrovnik Hotel gave us a warm welcome, despite a noisy teachers' party. They were friendly and helpful throughout our weekend stay, even opening the secure car park for us. The restaurant served excellent food and the half board option was worth it. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. a highly recommended hotel experience.
