Heating in communal areas and room was freezing.

The superior room at Dubrovnik was absolutely amazing! The bathroom had a huge bath and a double shower, and the bedroom had double doors leading to a balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served a beautiful and delicious meal. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great value for our money at the Dubrovnik hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The location was convenient, situated between Bradford and Shipley. The staff, especially Tom and Dudley, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The highlight of our stay, however, was the amazing food. We enjoyed delicious meals every evening and the English breakfast was cooked to perfection. The hotel also catered to my food intolerances, providing beautiful gluten-free options. The prompt response to my email was also impressive.

Arriving after a long drive, the staff at Dubrovnik Hotel gave us a warm welcome, despite a noisy teachers' party. They were friendly and helpful throughout our weekend stay, even opening the secure car park for us. The restaurant served excellent food and the half board option was worth it. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. a highly recommended hotel experience.
