My recent stay at this hotel in Whitstable was fantastic! the location is spot on, right in the heart of town, making it super convenient to explore the area. the rooms are beautifully designed and have all the modern touches you could ask for, like USB sockets and local beverages. the restaurant offers a great selection of dishes and the breakfast was delicious. the staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

One thing that could be improved is the room allocation process. It would be nice to have the option to choose between a room with a bath or just a shower, especially when they are all priced the same.
