The staff were super welcoming and helpful, we had a cracking meal in the restaurant, and the room was top-notch with a plush bed and fantastic views. They also sorted us out early when we got back late from a wedding, which was amazing. the room got a bit stuffy despite the fan, but nothing too major; a tad of air-con would've made it just perfect. Great spot! 😊

The database here is top-notch, offering a wide range of resources and search options. the room with a walk-in shower was definitely a highlight, with all the conveniences one would need for a comfortable stay.

the customer service was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly. the room was tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable, featuring a lovely en suite bathroom with a heated floor. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary biscuits and drinks were a nice touch. we appreciated the early check-in and the delicious meal served by Anna in the restaurant. the location offered superb views and plenty of parking.

I keep returning for city breaks because it's a gem. They once found my lost ID card. Free Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, bar, outdoors dine. Rooms have TV, dryer, kettle. Activities galore like cycling, fishing, darts. Child menu; pets welcome; non-smoking. Shuttle available. Everything suits me perfectly.

cycling through corbridge, we found our new fave spot. overlooking tyne valley, room was spacious and gleaming. staff were super friendly, and their food was a real treat.
