I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with little extras like a Nespresso coffee machine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel looked after throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and there was a restaurant onsite that served a perfect evening meal at a reasonable price. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and attractions like the Giants Causeway.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure that every detail is taken care of. Breakfast is included and offers a range of options.

Fantastic location! the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and amenities. the rooms were modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom. the deep bath and separate rain shower were a real treat after a tiring day of exploring the city. the hotel was very clean, which added to a pleasant stay.

the breakfast service was not up to par. the waitresses seemed disinterested and could have been more friendly and attentive.

I gotta say, the value for my money at this hotel was amazing. The room was so comfy and clean, and that massive bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the location near Queens University was really convenient. But what really stood out was the staff. From the moment we walked in, they were so friendly and helpful. One staff member, Brian, was especially awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a few laughs. Kudos to Brian and the rest of the crew for making our stay wonderful.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more options. I would've liked the choice to have more bacon instead of black pudding.

Even though we arrived late and left early, the staff was kind enough to provide us with a continental breakfast bag to take with us. the attached bar had some of the best food we had on our trip. the hotel's location was also great, with nearby bars, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. the staff went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early and providing excellent customer service. it was a great experience with great value for money.
