We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink upon our arrival, instantly making us feel at home. The breakfast options were incredible, with a delicious cooked meal and a lovely opportunity to socialize with other guests. The view from our room was simply stunning. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality, food, and beautiful surroundings.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on the banks of the Tweed river. I enjoyed taking evening strolls and exploring the nearby dining options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing an earlier breakfast upon request. The room was very comfortable, with amenities like an ironing board and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and a car park, which was convenient. I had a great experience here and would definitely return after a day of exploring the local area.

We stayed at this charming B&B for a few nights during our trip to beautiful Scotland. The Teviot room was spacious, boasting a lovely four-poster bed, a sofa, and stunning views of the River Tweed and Floors Castle. The owner kindly accommodated our request for an early breakfast, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. Not to mention, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing value for the price we paid. Gorgeous river views from the room and easy access to nearby attractions. Loved being able to enjoy a cozy fire in the sitting room. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The shower was difficult to access, especially for older individuals. the dated furniture in the room was not to our taste.

The keypad for the front door is tricky, but the Georgian style house is charming. The annexe rooms have modern décor and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast has a good variety and the staff is friendly. The views of the River Tweed are lovely.
