The open fire added a cozy touch to the atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location in the village, with its cultural heritage, provided a picturesque setting for walking and cycling. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the nearby tee room, which offered beautiful views of the park. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, location for walking and cycling, and the breakfast experience were the best aspects of my stay.

Arriving at the property, the closed door and unanswered phone call had us worried, but once inside, the staff at this charming Dunning hotel were helpful and friendly. The clean and cozy room had a lot of character, and we felt welcome in the bar area for drinks and dinner. Breakfast, although not at the property, was served at the nearby golf club cafe and was filling. a great value for money in a quiet country location.

It had comfortable sofas, a TV, tables, and a nice shower room. The best part was that I didn't have to rush out of the bedroom in the morning and could have breakfast at any time.

The main bed in the large family room was too soft and I could feel the springs. It was a bit strange that the back family bedroom also served as a snooker room and dartboard place when it wasn't being used as a bedroom.
