I had a fantastic stay at Durham Road - Zillo Villa in Spennymoor. the property was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. the village itself was charming and the location was excellent, with easy access to local shops and a short drive to Durham. I also appreciated the responsive and helpful host. it was a delightful experience.

It was the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, including Durham, Beamish museum, and Newcastle. the landlord was helpful and quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely recommend this property to others and plan to book again in the future.

The spacious rooms, well-appointed kitchen, and lovely Christmas decorations made for a comfortable and festive stay. Despite being located on a main road, the nights were undisturbed. The clear and accurate instructions for accessing the property were a bonus.

I recently stayed at a beautifully presented and comfortable home. The tasteful decor and cleanliness were exceptional. The home had all the amenities I needed, and the private outdoor space was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The location was great, with supermarkets, shops, pubs, and takeaways all within a five-minute walk. Despite being situated on a main road, I had no issues with noise in the front bedroom. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. it was a great base for exploring Durham, Beamish museum, and even Newcastle. I will definitely be returning!

The beautifully presented property was a highlight of our Easter stay. It had a modern and cozy feel, making it a comfortable home away from home. The well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. the spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the clear instructions for accessing the property and the undisturbed nights despite being on a main road.

While there were a few minor issues, overall our experience was great. It would have been nice to have garden furniture outside, but this wasn't a major concern as we didn't spend much time in the garden.
