noisy Saturday night experience

stayed at a lovely hotel in dornoch for a long weekend and eagle exceeded my expectations. the character of the building was charming and the updated room was perfect. the friendly staff and great location made for a fantastic stay.

Noise level was off.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a modern design that we really liked. the separate bedrooms in the family room were perfect for our weekend stay. the bathroom was also lovely, with a powerful shower that was refreshing after a long day. the hotel had a great location, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the local area.

Dinner was great, although the spring rolls were a bit hard. the owner's knowledge of whisky was impressive and helped my partner choose the perfect one. the location of the hotel was excellent, right in the middle of town and within walking distance to the beach. Dornoch is a lovely little town to explore. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of hot and cold options. the staff were friendly and attentive. We also received a thoughtful gift in our room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even allowed us to bring our own Chinese food into the bar when we arrived late and the kitchen was closed. The rooms were comfortable and the decor was tasteful. The tea tray in the room was well stocked and they provided luxurious complimentary toiletries. The breakfast had a great selection, perfect for picky eaters like us. a great experience for families with children.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. the room was impeccably clean and we loved the modern decor. the highlight for the kids was having their own space in the family room, complete with a TV and DVD player. the food was delicious, both the dinner and the Scottish breakfast were top-notch. the staff were attentive and friendly, and we especially enjoyed chatting with the owner Eric about rugby and sampling his impressive whiskey collection. We will definitely be returning with the whole family.
