The location of the hotel was outstanding, situated by the river and offering a lovely view. It was perfect for enjoying drinks outside and taking a short stroll to the tea rooms or the atmospheric waterfall. Additionally, it was great for accessing Snowdonia and exploring the beautiful mountains, even if it meant getting drenched occasionally.

Located in the centre of a charming town, The Eagles Hotel offers a prime location for exploring the surrounding area. The hotel is situated in an alley outside the bustling streets, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are spacious and furnished with lovely, unique furniture. The staff are welcoming and provide excellent service. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet, a great way to start the day. The hotel also offers a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel's public areas appeared somewhat tired, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a delightful stay at this warm, friendly, and clean hotel. the Welsh breakfast at Eagles was excellent, and we highly recommend trying the delicious Lamb rump in the evening. the staff, including the attentive chef, were fantastic and catered to our every need. the hotel's location is easy to find with spacious parking, and we enjoyed relaxing with scenic views of the old bridge and the river Conway. We will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel due to its perfect location right next to the river. The views across the valley were breathtaking. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Had a great Easter getaway at a lovely hotel near Surf Snowdonia! the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring all the local activities. the free car park was a bonus, and we enjoyed hearty meals at the hotel's restaurant. the included hot buffet breakfast was a great way to start our days. the family room was spacious and perfect for our needs.

Our only gripe was that the bar was understaffed on the Saturday night, and we had to wait a while to get served while the locals were prioritized. we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed for a night while traveling in Wales. Loved the beautiful location by the river. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly. the room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a sofa and a tea tray. Bathroom was nice with a large shower. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order.

The bed was a bit small for our preference, but it was still comfortable. the noise from outside wasn't too much of a bother, but it could get a little noisy at times.

I had a fantastic stay at a comfortable and friendly hotel. As a dog owner, I was delighted to find that the hotel was dog-friendly. The bar staff made me and my furry friend feel extremely welcome, and I enjoyed spending time there chatting with locals and other guests. Despite my short stay, the single room I stayed in was beautifully furnished and lacked nothing. It was spacious enough for my medium-sized Labrador to have his own bed. The hotel's location next to the river was perfect for my dog's morning stroll. Although I didn't get to enjoy much of the breakfast due to my canicross run, the cooked food offered was excellent, including a tasty bacon sandwich. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

loved my recent stay in llanrwst and eagles exceeded expectations. staff were excellent and friendly. the food, especially breakfast, was fantastic. the hotel is in a wonderful old building with a great outside area.

The management went above and beyond to ensure our parents had a happy stay, even arranging special surprises for their anniversary. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculate. The location was stunning, and we enjoyed the discount on dinner. a fantastic experience!
