I recently stayed at Ebury Hotel and had a fantastic time. My stay was for 3 nights and I was in Canterbury for leisure purposes. The hotel itself is charming and full of character, and my room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering it faced the main road. The WiFi was reliable, the breakfast delicious, and the staff friendly and helpful. The highlight for me was the beautiful and spacious back garden, perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the convenient parking and proximity to amenities like Waitrose.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect, with parking right in front of the property. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden, adding to the serene atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were impressive, especially the one with a beautiful four-poster bed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The breakfasts are delicious, with a wide range of choices to suit everyone's taste. Guests can also enjoy the stunning views from the hotel's garden.

Some noise disturbance in the mornings from creaking floorboards, but it did not detract significantly from the overall experience.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in Canterbury. the location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities I needed. I particularly loved the comfortable king-size bed which ensured a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast served in the morning was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold options to choose from. this hotel provided great value for money with its excellent service and comfortable rooms.

The only small issue I encountered was a slight delay in being able to check-in upon arrival. Nevertheless, this hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The team at the hotel was incredibly helpful, from accommodating our late arrival to allowing us to store our luggage after check out. The individually decorated cottages were spotless and well equipped. The price was excellent value for money. The Victorian ambiance of the hotel was charming, and the fact that it is dog-friendly was a huge bonus. The gardens were beautiful, and the location was perfect for exploring the historic sites.

The complementary welcome drinks and free breakfast were a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, we were right in the middle of everything and walking distance to all the major attractions. We also enjoyed the free parking, as it made exploring the city a lot easier.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking. We found spiderwebs and a spider in the bathroom, and the bedding did not seem freshly laundered.

The cottage was clean, well laid out, and lovely and warm. It had all the necessary amenities for self-catering. The setting and grounds were beautiful, perfect for a summer stay. The staff was very helpful and there were no hidden extras. a great non-chain hotel experience.
