I recently had the pleasure of staying at Central Rooms for three nights. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly and attentive staff. the room itself was clean and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and lovely amenities. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at Central Guest House! The location was perfect, right in the heart of New Town and within walking distance to all the attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated their assistance in carrying our bags to the third floor. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and hospitality.

Personal owner greeted and sent pre-stay email. Knowledgeable about surroundings. Comfy beds, thick carpet. Big, clean room and toilet. 5 min walk to Princess street with bars, restaurants, stores nearby. Helpful, nice staff. Small TV in front of bed. Clean bathrooms and bedroom. Conversational breakfasts. Manager Morag excellent, hardworking. Warm rooms, comfy bed, clean laundry, great tea/coffee facilities. Marvelous value. Would return.

Right in the centre of the city, this budget guest house is located in a great area just a few minutes walk from Princes Street. The rooms are clean and presentable, with lovely decoration and nice amenities. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is excellent with a fair selection.

There is no elevator in the guest house.

Had a unique experience at Central Rooms with a self-check-in system using door codes. the room was a good size with its own bathroom, although the shower may be too small for larger individuals. the staff were accommodating and allowed us to drop off our luggage early. the location was fantastic, close to everything. the room was clean and comfortable, with fast and reliable wifi. it was great value and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its budget accommodation. Located right in the city center, it provides easy access to all the attractions of this fantastic destination. The rooms are beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and the comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. Moreover, the friendly staff goes out of their way to provide a well-serviced stay for guests. Oh, and did I mention the free breakfast?

Service could be more attentive but overall, everything was okay.

The location of the hotel was perfect - close to the main attractions but also away from the crowds. the complimentary breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options and the staff was very friendly. the room had a clean and modern look with a comfortable bed and basic amenities available.

The noise level in the room was quite high due to street noise and inconsiderate guests. the heating system was not sufficient for the cold weather and the water temperature was inconsistent.

We had a fantastic stay right in the city center, within walking distance of everything. Cleanliness was top-notch, the hotel facilities were great, and the location was perfect. We were lucky to get a room during the festival, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
