I had a fantastic stay at the apartment, located in a lovely area within easy walking distance of the Playhouse. the apartment was immaculately clean and very spacious. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was powerful. I really appreciated the convenience of having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, and the thoughtful gesture of providing tea, coffee. Misa, the host, contacted me before check-in to confirm details and provide all necessary information, which was very helpful.

They made sure I had a place without lots of stairs, which was greatly appreciated. the apartment itself was spacious and perfect for my family, especially with teenage kids. the beds were comfortable and the overall decor was pleasing. the location was ideal, and we loved the little walkway that led to a charming park. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the hosts had thoughtfully provided everything we needed. the check-in instructions were clear and the staff was helpful when I called to arrange parking.

had a great weekend in edinburgh, and playhouse was even better this time. the modern apartment was cozy, comfortable, and reasonably priced. perfect location, easy access to city attractions, and lots of nice restaurants nearby. overall, a fantastic experience that i would happily recommend.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, close to the center and within walking distance to the Waverly taxi rank. The apartment was incredibly spacious and had all the facilities I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. The cleanliness was top-notch, particularly in the bathrooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to extend my check-out time. Additionally, the parking space behind the apartment was a huge bonus.

We were delighted with the spaciousness of the apartment at Playhouse. Although there were a few minor issues, such as a broken seat cover on the en suite toilet and a missing kitchen bin lid, overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the lounge provided ample space for us to relax. We also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The location, although a bit of a walk from the main attractions, was still manageable. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would still recommend Playhouse Apartments for a nice weekend stay in Edinburgh. our experience was positive and enjoyable.

Great stay! Loved the central location, only 8 minutes to Balmoral Hotel and Waverley Station. the apartment was spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. the convenience of having a corner shop nearby was a bonus. the lockbox for the keys was a bit tricky to find, but once inside, the rooms were comfortable and the wifi worked perfectly. the only downside was the lack of towels - only 3 provided with no hand towels or tea towels. a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a city break!

The apartment felt like a luxury home, much bigger than expected. Clean with all necessary amenities. Great for families with teenagers. Comfy beds and nice decor. Smooth check-in process. I recently stayed at the Playhouse Apartments in Edinburgh for a few nights. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The location was excellent, with a parking space included. The staff even went out of their way to provide us with an extra parking permit on short notice. The area was nice and there was plenty of space, and the amenities were great. The bathrooms were clean and had enough towels, and the heating kept us cozy during our stay.
