The staff provided exceptional service and made us feel at home. The location is perfect for walking tours and exploring the area. The only downside was a slight issue with the shower, which lacked proper water containment. Overall, a delightful stay!

Charming bar atmosphere with martini specialty.

We were given a microscopically sized room during our last visit, and when I brought my dissatisfaction to the front desk, there was no urgency to resolve the issue. The shower situation was not ideal as well—water would splash out, making it quite messy to use. Overall, the lack of initiative to address our concerns left a bitter taste in my experience.

We was treated like kin, from the moment we got there. Jacques and Benjamin at the desk gave us tips for eatin’ out, and Lula was a hoot with breakfast! Shortbreads were downright tasty, too! It was cozy, tucked away on a quiet street right by all the good stuff. Just loved it!

I had an incredible stay at Egerton House! The Classic Double room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the daily housekeeping was top-notch. My favorite part was the breakfast—the homemade pancakes were absolutely delicious, and the fresh coffee was a perfect start to the day. The staff went above and beyond. everyone was so friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The lounge and bar area were super cozy, an ideal setting to unwind after a busy day exploring London.

The charging facilities could be better.

During my stay, I felt pampered by the entire Egerton team, especially with their dog-friendly policies. The afternoon tea was a highlight, with delicious treats for both me and my furry companion!

The only downside was the slight fuss with my shower. water tended to splash around a bit. A bit messy, but it didn't overshadow the charm of my stay.

absolutely disapointing. the huge faux flower display outside ruined my view and the toilet flush? good luck! i expected at least some complimentary snacks in the room, not just store-bought junk which no one wants. i almost gave a good review, but alas, the service was simply too, too ordinary for my high standards.

the bespoke decor to the personalized service we received upon arrival. The staff knew our names and even acknowledged our son’s upcoming birthday, making it all feel incredibly special. However, the shower did need some improvement as it occasionally splashed a bit.
