The food was excellent with a varied menu each day. The small dining room created a cozy atmosphere. The hotel catered well for disabled guests. There were plenty of lounge areas and 2 lifts. The tram stop outside made transportation easy.

The hotel offered a delicious dinner and breakfast options. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the waiter Paul who ensured my gluten-free needs were met. the rooms were superb, with comfortable beds and fantastic sea views. the hotel was also spotlessly clean throughout, which was impressive.

The entertainment provided seemed more suited for an older generation and may not appeal to a younger crowd. there was a strange policy regarding drinks, where ordering a double vodka incurred a £1 supplement charge while two single vodkas did not.

celebrating my birthday in blackpool, elgin exceeded expectations. meals served in class, clean room, comfortable bed, helpful reception. value for money trips available. definitely visiting again.

Parking a problem for some.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was well maintained throughout my stay. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and were always helpful, whether it was at the reception or in the restaurant. The breakfast served was of good quality, and the food for the evening meal was also top-notch. The hotel's entertainment was first class, especially on Friday night when Jason Oliver performed. The location of the hotel, although on the outskirts, was convenient as it was next to Ma Kelly's pub and not too far from the city center.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is situated on the outskirts of the city, away from the noise and commotion. It is within a short tram ride from the town and North Pier, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and provided excellent service. They were always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. The rooms at this hotel were impressive, especially considering the price. They were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.

There was one aspect that could be improved, and that was the price of drinks, particularly soft drinks. The cost was a bit steep, and it would have been nicer if they were more reasonably priced.

The location was convenient for trams, lights, and nearby attractions like Ma Kelly's showboat. We also appreciated the friendly hospitality shown by the compere Ann.
