Location is fantastic, within walking distance to the train station and all the restaurants in the area. It was also a short distance away from Bowness pier and the water activity center, perfect for a romantic escape. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

The rooms and common areas were not properly cleaned and maintained, with signs of wear and tear. the furniture was old, and there were even instances of mold in our room.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the lakes and surrounding area. We also appreciated the fact that there was free parking available. The breakfast included in the cost of our stay was lovely and a great start to the day.
