Location is fantastic, within walking distance to the train station and all the restaurants in the area. It was also a short distance away from Bowness pier and the water activity center, perfect for a romantic escape. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

The rooms and common areas were not properly cleaned and maintained, with signs of wear and tear. the furniture was old, and there were even instances of mold in our room.

The paint was flaky, wallpaper was peeling off, and the shower was dirty. To make matters worse, dogs were allowed in rooms and barked and scratched at doors through the day and night, making it hard to sleep.
