Fabulous decor, welcoming and accommodating staff. Good location and comfy bed. Some staff were helpful and owner even offered paracetamol for hangover. a lovely hotel with tasteful decoration, attentive staff, and exceptional breakfast. Already planning another visit.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of town, close to shops, bars, and eateries. The staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The rooms are individually decorated and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including a delicious omelette and a full cooked breakfast.

The walls seem to be quite thin, as noise from the surrounding area can be heard during the night.

The breakfast was acceptable and the size of the room and bathroom were fairly decent for the price. the reception area had a charming vintage vibe that was pleasant.

Overall wasn't satisfied with my stay here. the hotel is quite dated and in need of some renovations.

As longer term business travellers, we really appreciated the prime location in the centre of town and the convenient parking. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast, especially the bacon, was delicious, and we considered it great value for the price.

Our room at the hotel was clean and comfortable, providing us with a peaceful stay. The central location was convenient for exploring the town. Although the bathroom could use some upgrading, the shower was nice. The breakfast had a good selection, and the salmon and scrambled eggs were delicious. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in town.

Convenient location in Hawick town, ample parking available. Adjacent to Wetherspoons pub. Historic atmosphere in an older facility. Knowledgeable staff provided local information and arranged transportation if needed. Quaint rooms, clean and comfortable.
