Staff were really helpful and friendly. They changed our room so we could all be together and one staff member was amazing with the kids. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had coffee machines and fridges. The showers were amazing in both rooms. The breakfast was good and the communal areas had stylish Art Nouveau features.
