The location down the police station was perfect for us, as it provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The beautiful gardens, where 2 loungers were put out for us, added to the overall relaxation. The service provided by Des was exceptional; he was welcoming, friendly, and always available to help. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and a terrace to enjoy the surroundings. We also appreciated the free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV in the room. The staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services in a beautiful setting.

The bathroom was a standout feature with its huge roll top bath and double shower cubicle. The hotel itself had a relaxed country hotel type ambiance that made me feel right at home. Additionally, the quick access to the M11 made it very convenient for me to get around.

The location of this basic guesthouse was great for our city trip - we were able to easily drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The continental breakfast was tasty and fresh, with plenty of choice. The location and views were excellent, and the hotel had a lovely garden area where we could relax. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Upon arrival, he kindly offered a choice of beautiful rooms, and I was instantly drawn to the master suite, which was truly amazing. the highlight was definitely the large master bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak on a cold night. the warm and comfortable bed, along with the lovely blankets, provided utmost comfort. Every possible comfort was readily provided without even having to ask. the location of the guest house was ideal, offering a peaceful setting while being within walking distance of everything.
