Lovely, welcoming host. Fantastic vegetarian and vegan breakfasts. Close to The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. Walking distance to The Eden Project. Knowledgeable owner on local area. Charming cottage and garden. Authentic miners cottage. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, as it was near all the attractions I wanted to visit. The hotel had a delightful small garden, which added to the peaceful ambiance. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that everything was always clean and tidy. The room amenities were great, including an ironing facilities, heating, and a dining table. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the electric kettle for making tea or coffee. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort of the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities such as Wi-Fi and the off-site car park were also convenient.

The B&B is conveniently located near a beautiful garden in front of the train station, making it easy to access everything in the area. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy, with a charming and homey feel. The hosts were kind, friendly, and provided excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful, and the view of the garden added to the overall appeal of the stay.

The parking situation at the B&B was a bit limited and awkward space-wise, but alternative parking options were available nearby.

Stayed during Christmas, rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Owners were friendly and offered helpful local advice. Great location close to main attractions. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering plenty of choice and locally sourced ingredients.

The narrow driveway made it difficult to park our car, especially with the extra holiday traffic in the area. The lack of en-suite bathrooms was a bit inconvenient, but the shared bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries.

Located near the Brittania Inn and Waves Restaurant, making it convenient for dining options. The cottage is on a busy road, but on the positive side, it's just a 30-minute walk to the Eden Project. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged with single beds for comfort. The bathroom is spacious and spotlessly clean, with plenty of toiletries. The owners provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a variety of freshly cooked options.

Access to the cottage can be challenging due to narrow access off the very busy A390.

Had a lovely stay at Emms Cottage, a charming 220-year-old miner's cottage. The purpose of my visit was to explore the nearby Eden Project, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute drive away. The cottage itself was cozy and full of character, with all the quirks you would expect from such an old building. The bathroom was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, and the garden was a delightful oasis filled with birds. The traditional English breakfast provided was delicious, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable. They had thought of everything, from providing earplugs to a mini ironing board. Little Ted, their adorable dog, was an added bonus. I would definitely return to Emms Cottage for another wonderful stay.
