Great location, easily accessible by tram or bus and not too far from the city center. The host, A.J., was friendly and provided helpful information about the area. The room was neat and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the availability of instant coffee and tea for breakfast, saving me the trouble of buying it for only a two-day stay.

The ongoing renovation works in the building were a bit inconvenient as our apartment was not fully finished. The kitchen floor and bathroom were a bit dirty and untidy.

My stay at Empress House Aparthotel was amazing! The rooms were perfect with a comfy bed and a clean, spacious bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and dishes for everyone to use. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were quick to help us with any issues, like connecting to the wifi. The whole place felt brand new and the owner, AJ, made sure we felt wanted and well looked after. The location was easy to get to from the city centre, and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend staying here!

The room was quite spacious and had a separate bathroom which was nice. The location of the hotel made it easy to get into the city center and explore.

The hotel was poorly furnished, lacking basic amenities such as lamps, side tables, and extra blankets. The noise from the road outside was quite disruptive, making it hard to sleep at times.

my partner and i had a great time at empress house aparthotel in manchester! after a less-than-ideal previous stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and modern room. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the shared kitchen facilities were a bonus. we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
