The Excelsior Apartment is perfectly located, right in the centre of Liverpool. You'll be close to everything, including the Albert Dock and all the attractions in the city. The spacious and clean rooms come with plenty of towels and hangers, and the air conditioning will keep you comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary items, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views of the city. Kevin, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating, making your stay extra special.

One minor complaint was that one of the single beds was slightly hard for one guest.

The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, with a fantastic panorama of the city. The modern and luxurious design of the apartment exceeded our expectations, with beautiful wooden flooring and stylish furniture. The host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The bed settee could have had a thicker mattress, but this was not a major issue and would not deter us from returning.

The value we got for our money was fantastic, with a gorgeous, clean and comfortable apartment overlooking the Mersey. The location was excellent, within walking distance of museums, docks, and shopping, and the staff.

The food for breakfast could be improved with larger bath towels for the shower and an extra rail in the ensuite for easier access.

Amazing views, spotless and comfortable apartment, lovely and helpful owner, well-equipped kitchen, close to restaurants and shops.

Felt truly looked after, nothing too much trouble.
