They made sure to chat with all their guests, providing guidance on local attractions and activities. The room I stayed in, the Sundowner, was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The highlight for me was the superb shower with a good-fitting Perspex screen. I also loved the two matching leather recliner chairs and footstools, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The view over the garden and patio area was simply lovely. The breakfast served at Fair Winds was high quality, with a wide range of options to choose from. The location, just a short walk from the port area, also made it convenient to explore pubs, restaurants, and eateries. I had a fantastic stay at Fair Winds Guest House and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a fantastic solo trip to a guest house near the harbour. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront where I met friendly guests and enjoyed a cup of tea from the welcoming host, Paul. The rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean. There were plenty of dining options in the area, including pubs and restaurants. The breakfast selection was delicious, with various options to choose from.

The breakfast ended early, which made it a bit challenging to enjoy on a relaxed weekend morning.

It's close to all the tourist sites of Brixham, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. The service and housekeeping here are top-notch, ensuring that everything is clean and well-maintained. The room amenities were fantastic, with a comfortable sitting area, terrace with garden furniture, and a dining table. I loved the little touches like the free toiletries and the well-equipped kitchen area with an electric kettle and cookware. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during my downtime, and the carpeted floors added to the cozy atmosphere. The dining options were great, with special diet menus available and attentive staff catering to all my needs. The leisure facilities, such as the sun terrace and garden area, were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi and parking were convenient additions that made my stay even more enjoyable.
