We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the promenade. The views from the upper double rooms were simply breathtaking. The owners and staff provided a very warm welcome and made us feel right at home. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a TV, hairdryer, kettle, fan. We also appreciated the little extras like the embroidered hotel name on the towels and the selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, including delicious cooked options like the tasty hash browns. The evening meals were also excellent, especially the gammon. The hotel really goes the extra mile to ensure a high-quality experience for guests, and the friendly and hardworking staff, particularly Mel, made our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt very well during our stay, and have absolutely no complaints at all.

Right on the seafront, this hotel offers amazing views of the beach and ocean. The location is perfect for a beach holiday, as you can step right out of the hotel and onto the sandy shores. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms are comfortable, with a cosy and comfortable bed that ensures a good night's sleep. The attention to detail is evident, with complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and a fan provided in the room to keep you cool on hot days.

The hotel had a good location with nice views of the surroundings. The room had comfortable armchairs to unwind which was great after a long day out. The toiletries provided were of a good quality.

The decor of the room and bathroom was very outdated. The bed made a lot of noise and the floorboards were creaky which made it difficult to sleep. The TV was very small and not enjoyable to watch.

The modernized bathroom with a white suite and folding screen was a nice touch. The upgraded WiFi was powerful, allowing me to watch Netflix without any issues. The breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked every morning. The location was convenient, right on the seafront with unrestricted on-street parking nearby. The comfortable bedroom provided a good night's sleep. The ordering system for breakfast worked well and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Fairhaven Christian Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The rooms had everything we needed, including big fluffy towels and a variety of toiletries. The hotel provided ample tea, coffee, and milk, as well as fruit teas. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and reasonably priced. It was wonderful to meet and socialize with fellow Christian guests. We can't wait to return.

This hotel provided excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the property. The location, although a bit farther out than what we were used to, was perfect for what we wanted to see and do during our stay. The views of the sea from our room were simply stunning.

Great value for money! The sea view from the room was breathtaking and definitely put me in a good mood. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was ideal as it was right on the seafront and close to the vintage transport vehicles show. On-street parking was also a bonus, as it was unrestricted and convenient. The set breakfast time and ordering system worked well, allowing for flexibility. Plus, the residents' lounge was comfortable and the Chesterfield sofas added a touch of class.

The decor was a bit dated, but the ensuite had been updated recently. The shower could have been stronger, but it still worked fine.

The hosts, Andrew and Paula, were friendly and made me feel at home. I liked that I could order as many breakfast items as I wanted. it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning.
