The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the moment we arrived to when we left. The atmosphere of the place was great, and our room was cozy and comfortable, complete with a sky box. The hotel is undergoing refurbishments in June, but in our opinion, the rooms don't need any improvements. The advertised breakfast was actually enjoyed in bed, with a variety of cereals, orange juice, Alpen bars, tea, and coffee. We were also pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruit and milk in the fridge outside our room on the landing. The food in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, with the double JD burger and onion rings standing out as particularly amazing. The chefs truly deserve praise for their culinary skills. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone.

The value for money at Fairways was great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient, with easy access to the motorway, and the staff treated us so well, especially the ladies who ran the bar and cooked for us. They were incredibly accommodating, cooking our food before the kitchen opened and even preparing drinks for us after the concert. They really took care of us and made us feel welcome.

The only improvement I would suggest for the breakfast selection is to offer a full English breakfast earlier in the morning. It would be great for working people who need to be at work early, like myself.
