The service from the staff was exceptional - friendly, polite, and co-operative. The adjoining eatery served excellent food at a reasonable price, with kind and courteous staff. The location was perfect for exploring the Iron Bridge Gorge Museums, and there was a fabulous pub opposite the hotel.

noisy surroundings

The rooms were very clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. the key location allowed us to explore many attractions nearby. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the restaurant.

the staff at Marston's Inns were extremely helpful and the food was acceptable. There was plenty of parking available close to the accommodation, and its location provided easy access to the major road network. I particularly liked that there was no noise at night, allowing me to have a good sleep. the rooms were clean enough, although basic, which was exactly what I was expecting. it was a pleasant stay when breaking a long journey.
