I recently had the opportunity to stay at a charming hotel in a picturesque location. The Lodge boasts a lovely bar area, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room was clean and comfortable, with a generously sized shower-room. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the deluxe first-floor room was breathtaking.

I was disappointed by the lack of accessible plug sockets or USB ports in the room.

The room I was in faced a busy road which resulted in a lot of noise throughout the night. the bathroom lacked hooks for towels and robes, making it harder to keep things organized.

the owners have spared no expense in making this place luxurious and beautiful. the room I stayed in was spacious, decorated beautifully, and had all the amenities you could ask for. the location of the hotel is also great, with a lovely restaurant nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional quality and convenient location.

The venue exudes a luxurious atmosphere. the rooms were spacious, well-lit, and exceeded expectations with exclusive amenities that made the stay more comfortable. the staff service was outstanding and attentive to all our needs, making us feel pampered and welcome. the garden area was refreshing, and the location was a bonus, providing access to exciting local attractions. the restaurant offered fantastic meals, with options for special diets.

The only minor issue was the slippery bathroom floor, causing safety concerns and discomfort. Despite the hotel's promise of a buffet on Christmas Day, there were none available.

For our needs, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the White Swan in Fence village and beautiful scenery. The room we stayed in was luxurious, with comfortable furnishings and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast provided was lovely.

The cupboard where the kettle was stored was a bit dark and awkward to use.

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge, with exquisitely furnished rooms and plenty of space. The highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff at the reception and restaurant were fantastic, providing excellent service. The location and setting of the lodge were perfect, and we highly recommend it.

I stayed in room 10 at Gate Lodge and it was worth every penny. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. The location was fantastic and the staff treated me like a VIP.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with some additional sandwich and snack options.
