The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the beautiful coastal towns of Lynmouth and Lynton. You can easily walk down the hill to enjoy fish and chips on the seafront or have a meal at one of the charming eateries in the village. Additionally, the off-road parking is a great convenience, allowing you to leave your car and explore the area on foot.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B in Lynton. The entire place was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from some of the most breathtaking scenery in the UK. The host, Corina, was like a superwoman, making us feel incredibly welcome and providing us with excellent advice on things to do. We also felt like we were undercharged for the amazing experience we had.

Despite some minor issues, such as the need for a little TLC and a faint smell of damp in the apartment, our overall experience was exceptional. We loved the quaint little apartment attached to the B&B.

Arrived at Easter and the room had easter eggs. Nice touch. Room was clean and tidy with fresh sheets. the view from the window was great, we could see the town and it was very easy to get to the main attractions and restaurants.

Unfortunately the noise was a big problem. the walls were paper-thin and we could hear everything going on in the next room.

This hotel is great value for money, with good amenities and a great 'Devon' cooked breakfast that will definitely get your day off to a good start. The rooms are comfortable, especially the double bed which is extremely cozy, and the large en suite bathroom adds a touch of luxury. The location is ideal, being very close to the funicular railway that takes you down to Lynmouth, as well as the centre of Lynton and several restaurants.

My partner and I recently stayed at Fernleigh Guest House for a couple of nights. The location was amazing, just a minute's walk to the cliff railway and with stunning views from the village cemetery. We enjoyed easy access to long walks and hikes, and it was a short walk down to Lynmouth and the river walks. Our host, Kerinda, was fantastic and we highly recommend asking her about her work at Thailand's elephant hospital. She made a lovely homemade breakfast and provided great company. The room was excellent, with a comfy bed, large windows, and excellent heating. Kerinda even gave us a discount when our shower wasn't working. Highly recommend for couples.
