The rooms are modern and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a large bath with plenty of hot water, ensuring a relaxing experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to book a taxi for guests.

The key lock in one of the rooms was difficult to use and the door to the bathroom was not functioning properly.

Our recent stay at this hotel was delightful. We were in town for the Goodwood revival and although the rates were slightly higher, the comfortable room and fantastic staff made it worth it. The manager was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The room itself was well-appointed, quiet, and had all the necessary amenities. The restaurant downstairs was exceptional, with friendly staff and delicious food. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is really convenient as it is close to family members and there are amenities nearby such as a Tesco and a pub just a few yards away. The private entrance to the hotel is a nice touch, allowing guests to bypass the restaurant. One of the rooms had a large bath with plenty of hot water, providing a relaxing experience.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not up to par, causing disturbances from other guests and loud music outside during the night. the room took a while to warm up and the bathroom towel rail was not sufficient to heat the bathroom adequately.

The staff at Fino Rooms was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a great selection of refreshments. The decor was fresh and modern, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay at Fino Rooms and would recommend it to others.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, as well as the friendly staff. However, there were a couple of drawbacks such as a narrow bathroom and a bit of noise from the nearby pub and road.

Immaculately clean room with soft towels and complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee making facilities and free bottles of water. Comfortable bed and pillows for a great night's sleep. Restaurant downstairs served amazing food, especially the carbonara. Convenient location for visiting family nearby. Private entrance available. Tesco across the road and a pub just a few yards away. Large bath with plenty of hot water. Excellent value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this well-located hotel. the room was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. the highlight for us was the delightful Fino Italian restaurant on the ground floor. We dined there both nights and the food was delicious. the staff was friendly, efficient, and made our stay very comfortable. the hotel's location, just a short walk through the park to the seafront, was perfect for our needs. We can't wait to return!
