We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with great sea views and a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we had a spacious room with a beautiful view of the estuary. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beach. The staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the beach, shops, and other bars. The room was clean and well-maintained, with nice towels and bed linen. it was a lovely experience.

The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. Our room had a fantastic view of the water, and the bed was clean and super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find water in the fridge and biscuits every day, along with coffee making facilities. The food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. a wonderful experience at this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem with its perfect waterfront location right by the beach. The rooms offer a stunning view onto the beautiful east beach of Lossiemouth, making it a picture-perfect setting. The friendly staff were always attentive and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The attention to detail, from the unexpected fridge in the spacious family room to the delicious and reasonably priced food in the restaurant, was impressive. The value for money offered here is exceptional.

The hotel has been recently renovated and it shows - the decor and furnishings are modern and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the small fridge in the room. The restaurant served delicious food with good portion sizes, and the freshly cooked breakfast was spot on. The hotel's location right on the waters edge provided an incredible view.

Recently renovated room, prompt breakfast at 8:30am. Cereal, fruit, juice, and yogurt available. Comfortable beds, even for our daughter. Spacious, clean, tidy room with decent-sized bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Young waiter did well during breakfast, no rushing. Professional waiter/waitresses in the evening. Very good value for money. Good location, great view of beach and sea. Well-maintained, clean with nice towels and bed linen. TV, iron, ironing board, fridge, kettle with tea, coffee. Separate entrance for accommodation area.
