The location couldn't have been better, and we appreciated being able to park for free on the street or use the nearby car park for a small fee. the cottage itself was immaculately clean and had everything we could hope for. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had the best night's sleep in a long time. the log burner added a cozy touch, and the kitchen was well-equipped. the owner, Carl, was very responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the fact that the property is dog friendly was a huge bonus for us. We highly recommend staying here and are already planning our next visit!

We stayed at this beautiful cottage for a weekend getaway and were absolutely thrilled with our experience. The cottage was warm, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and our border collie loved the nearby beach and walks around town. We also enjoyed the convenience of having shops and fish & chip shops close by. We particularly loved sitting outside in the mornings, feeding the ducks and enjoying our cups of tea. We are already planning on returning for a longer stay during Christmas and next summer.

The location was perfect, right next to the seafront and a park. The cottage was very clean and we received a lovely welcome pack. The car parking was convenient and the garden was secure. It felt like a home away from home with everything we needed. We especially loved waking up to the sound of waves and wildlife in the mornings and cuddling up to the log burner at night. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage. It was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was brilliant, just a short walk from the beach. Vanda, the host, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with any queries we had. The cottage felt so welcoming, and we didn't want to leave! From the warm and cosy atmosphere to the comfortable bed, everything about this cottage exceeded our expectations. We even enjoyed feeding the ducks in the morning while sipping our tea. I stayed at the Romantic Secret Retreat By The Beach for a week and had a fantastic time. The cottage was beautiful and homely, with a lovely large patio offering stunning views of the lake. It was incredibly clean and tidy, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable, and our Cocker Spaniel loved the dog-friendly environment. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short stroll away and plenty of child and dog-friendly amenities nearby. I would definitely return and recommend this wonderful hideaway.

Our mini-break by the sea was a truly relaxing getaway. We loved snuggling up to the log burner and being just steps away from the beach. The cottage was also pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us.

The bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint, but it was still functional. Additionally, it would have been nice to have heating and hot water on all days of our stay.
