The communication for check-in was excellent, providing clear instructions throughout our stay. The lodge itself exceeded our expectations - it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pictures accurately represented the cute interior. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was well-maintained and an absolute delight. we had a fantastic couple of days at the lodge.

The hot tub lacked privacy as it was exposed on the decking with no screening. Despite previous mentions of this issue, no measures have been taken to address it.

I recently stayed at a lovely lodge that had been newly decorated and refurbished to a good standard. The hot tub and decking area were spacious and enjoyable. The lodge itself was very clean and well-maintained, with a key left in the lockbox for easy access. The spaciousness of the property was impressive, and I particularly loved the cute and clean interior, which looked exactly like the pictures. The lodge had a calming and relaxing atmosphere with its tasteful blue colors and hints of mustard. The staff were also helpful and sorted out a maintenance issue with our original lodge by providing us with an equally lovely alternative lodge beforehand.

Stayed at a lodge with garden views and enjoyed the luxury of a hot tub. Free WiFi and parking were a nice touch. The location was convenient for exploring Castle Howard and Dalby Forest.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of dirty floors, unclean furniture, and the lack of hand soap in the bathroom. Such attention to detail!
