Amazing location, close to beach and shops. Private parking. Super clean and well-equipped with comfy bed. Lovely outdoor space. Friendly and helpful host. Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this great location, just a few minutes from the beach and shops. The accommodation at Flat Rocks was welcoming, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The use of space was excellent, and the bed was so comfortable - we slept just like we do at home. We also enjoyed our own private outdoor space with table and chairs, perfect for warmer days. Jane, the host, was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. we had a lovely stay and would definitely choose Flat Rocks again.

Can't fault the property in any way. 👍

Flat Rocks was the perfect place for our stay in Perranporth. The accommodation was amazing, with great facilities and a comfortable bed. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and local shops and restaurants. The hosts were extremely helpful and communication was speedy. We loved the added touch of having Netflix available on the TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The provided biscuits, milk, and other amenities were much appreciated. We will definitely be recommending Flat Rocks to our family and friends and look forward to staying here again.

Amazing accommodation in a great location with speedy communication from hosts. Helpful hosts allowed slightly earlier check-in. Netflix available on the TV, perfect for a relaxing evening. Facilities to cook and a comfy bed. Great touch with biscuits and milk provided. Will recommend to family and friends and would love to come back.
