The room was very spacious and beautifully designed. the bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we needed.

The check-in process was a bit disappointing as they didn't note our request for a room with a bath initially. the seating in the drawing room was a little tight and the service there was not consistent with the excellent service in other areas of the hotel.

The breakfast service was slow, with long waiting times and coffee and tea getting cold. the limited amount of milk portions for the tea/coffee making seemed stingy and inconvenient for guests.

The shower in my room took a bit of time to warm up, but once it did, the water pressure and temperature were perfect. It was worth the wait.

I was told that my room had been upgraded, and although it wasn't significantly different, it was still a nice touch. Despite the room being a bit warm, the air conditioning wasn't very effective.

Conveniently located for shopping and close to the park. Quiet and family-friendly. Excellent food and service. Babysitter-friendly. Clean with attention to detail.
