The room was very spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we needed.

The check-in process was a bit disappointing as they didn't note our request for a room with a bath initially. The seating in the drawing room was a little tight and the service there was not consistent with the excellent service in other areas of the hotel.

The shower in my room took a bit of time to warm up, but once it did, the water pressure and temperature were perfect. It was worth the wait.

I was told that my room had been upgraded, and although it wasn't significantly different, it was still a nice touch. Despite the room being a bit warm, the air conditioning wasn't very effective.

Conveniently located for shopping and close to the park. Quiet and family-friendly. Excellent food and service. Babysitter-friendly. Clean with attention to detail.
