We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. the all-day breakfast was a lifesaver when we didn't feel like going out to eat. the powerful showers were so relaxing after a long day of activities. the location was also key, being only a 5-minute drive from the airport and having free parking.

Being self-service, there were times when there was no one available to help with any problems. We also noticed some cleanliness issues in the rooms and public areas.

The kitchen was well-equipped and it was convenient to be able to cook my own meals. The breakfast choices were also great, with bacon and eggs supplied. this hotel offered excellent value for money.

We appreciated being able to cook our own meals with the food provided in the fridge. The all-day breakfast option was a great convenience. We were also pleased to find that the bus operation to Gatwick Airport was just a 7-minute walk away.

The breakfast was quite nice and there was a lot of it available through the day. the room was in an ideal location, perfect for exploring all the sights. One of the best things was the friendly staff, always happy to provide advice and help.

The room was in a terrible condition with numerous safety hazards, including a broken door handle, faulty electricity sockets, and a ceiling fan that looked like it could fall off at any moment. the bathroom was also small and shared, with not enough space to accommodate everyone.
