We had a comfortable double bed in our room at the Fornham Guest House. However, the additional bed for our daughter wasn't up to par. Its mattress lacked padding and the springs were quite noticeable. We improvised by padding it with towels, but she ended up having to sleep on top of the duvet. Unfortunately, when we contacted the owner about this issue, their response was terse and unfriendly, offering no remedy or apology. Despite this disappointment, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient for our visit to Legoland. I would recommend this guest house, but with caution about the potential drawbacks mentioned.

my recent stay in chertsey exceeded expectations. fornham guest house was modern, clean, and had friendly staff. loved the bungalow with all its amenities. thorpe park was just a short drive away. will definitely return!

heating could be improved

the room was surprisingly better than expected for the price range. it was clean, tidy, and had lovely kitchen facilities. the staff were very friendly, helpful, and even stayed up late to check us in. overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Fridge location was inconvenient, outside of the room.

loved my stay at the guest house in Chertsey! Exceeded my expectations with modern rooms, friendly staff, and peaceful location. Wish I had stayed here earlier.

Lovely woodland location, secure gates, spacious and modern rooms with great amenities like fridge and microwave, clean and immaculate, welcoming and informative staff, comfortable bed.

Very clean and well-maintained rooms, with all the necessary amenities like towels, tea/coffee making facilities, and a fridge. the owners were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information. the location was great for our needs, being close to St Peter's hospital and Parklands Care Home. It was a safe and secure place to stay, with locked gates and a private courtyard.

We were offered the use of another fridge in a different part of the complex, but it was not very convenient. the Wi-Fi signal was also weak and unreliable, making it difficult for my daughter to do her work.

Clean and tidy room and spacious bathroom. Helpful staff with local knowledge and great service. Courtyard parking right outside the room for easy access. Convenient location for exploring the countryside and nearby attractions.
