Just loved hearing the trains passing by in the basement. So calming.

Great value for money! the apartment had all the necessary facilities like a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. the location was perfect - close to the train station and within walking distance to many amenities. We particularly enjoyed the option of self-catering and being able to stock up on supplies easily.

Although the apartment could have been a little cleaner and could use some updating, it didn't affect our overall experience negatively. However, we didn't like the fact that the company froze money in our account for potential damages.

The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our stay was worry-free. They were extremely helpful when we accidentally reserved rooms twice, and made sure we weren't charged extra. The apartment itself felt like a home away from home, with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, within walking distance of the city center and close to shops and restaurants.

All was great, no improvement necessary.

24 hr reception was good. The lads on duty at Grove reception desk on Friday night Oct 19th were really helpful and did a great job - thanks! The apartment offered a self-contained room, well furnished kitchen, washing machine, microwave, and a shower room with separate toilet. Comfy bed, warm room, and good deal of privacy. Great location with loads of restaurants around. If we ever come back, first place we would look for a place to stay. Fountain Court is highly recommended.
