I had a fantastic stay at this serviced apartment! The location was superb, right across the street from Hyde Park and the Lancaster Gate tube station. The apartment was spacious and had three bedrooms, making it perfect for a group or family. I loved the fact that there were two bathrooms, and the bed sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. The view of the park from the apartment was breathtaking, and I enjoyed watching the birds and water fowl. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just across the road from Hyde Park's beautiful Italian Gardens. It was also conveniently located close to the underground, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing efficient housekeeping services.

The lobby area could use some updating and the carpets in the passage area seemed worn out.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

This place is amazing! The location is unbeatable, just across the road from Hyde Park's beautiful Italian Gardens. Plus, Paddington station is just a 7-8 minute walk away. The service here is top-notch, with laundry facilities available and room amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area, in-room safe, dining table, and free toiletries. I also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the room. The staff here are friendly and helpful.

Loved the location, just a stone’s throw away from the tube station and within walking distance to Hyde Park. the comfortable bed and the well-appointed lounge and bathroom were fantastic. the complementary kitchen detergent and tablets for the dishwasher were a sweet touch.

the absence of a waste plug in the sink made hand-washing dishes challenging. It would have been great if the apartment provided sugar sachets and condiments, as buying a whole bag of salt or sugar is unnecessary.
