We got great value for our money at Four Seasons Hotel. The room, although a little small, was well appointed and beautifully finished. The location was fabulous, right by Hyde Park, and the staff treated us like royalty with their attentive and friendly service.

The menu for breakfast could have been more varied to cater to different preferences.

I was delighted by the personalized service at Four Seasons. The concierge went above and beyond, surprising my daughter with flowers and a Wacom tablet. The location was perfect, and we had an incredible room with a stunning view. I highly recommend this hotel.

As young people, we absolutely loved the exceptional service and friendly staff. The upgrade to a fantastic suite and the Rolls Royce drop off were a nice touch. The gym facilities were great and the breakfast at Amaranto was second to none.

The staff went above and beyond when our violin case strap broke, with Salih from housekeeping fixing it with care and expertise. The spa, with its recent addition of a salt wall, offered a blissful experience. The garden terrace was picturesque, and the service and food at breakfast and afternoon tea were exceptional. The location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring London's landmarks. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm service and excellent facilities.

This hotel is an exclusive paradise! From the moment I arrived, the attentive service was fantastic with a warm welcome and assistance with my luggage. the luxurious amenities like the indoor swimming pool and sauna are perfect for a relaxing stay. the spa and wellness centre offers an amazing full-body massage that exceeded my expectations. the modern and chic spa lounge and treatment rooms made my stay truly enjoyable. the restaurant offers a delicious in-room breakfast option and the bar/lounge area is perfect for a nightcap with friends. the private facilities provided me with convenience and comfort.

The only downside of this hotel was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear every noise from the hallways and the street noise was quite distracting.

I'm a light sleeper, but the hotel room was quiet and peaceful throughout the night.
