We were those taking off early and loved the convenient location next to the Fox & Hounds Inn for drinks and exceptional food! The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cottage had all the necessary amenities and a beautiful bathroom. The weather was perfect for exploring the lovely walks right from our doorstep.

We felt incredibly welcome and had no reason to complain.

We got great value for our money at the cottage. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and warm, with all the essential amenities. The location in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales was idyllic, perfect for walks right from our doorstep. The staff at the pub were extremely friendly and made our stay enjoyable with their delicious meals and excellent service.

Breakfast items could have been more varied.

Great value for money with comfortable rooms and all the essential amenities. The location is idyllic in a small hamlet surrounded by the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. The staff, including Ian and Karen, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel part of the local community.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a wider selection of cooking equipment and basic ingredients provided.
