The location of the cottage is ideal, with a short 10-minute walk to the town center of Moffat. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, with super clean rooms and well-appointed facilities. The beds are incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the hosts go above and beyond, providing little extras like a welcome basket, fresh eggs, and tea/coffee upon arrival.

Just returned from a 3 night stay and Fox Cottage absolutely exceeded our expectations! The pictures matched reality, with beautiful decor and cleanliness throughout. The well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed, and the welcome basket and treats for our dog were a thoughtful touch. The spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and lovely bedding made us feel at home. The cottage is filled with little extras like games, books, and menus for takeaways. The location is ideal, with a short walk to bars and restaurants. The outdoor space with seating and fire pit was a bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed at a lovely cottage in a quiet location. The cottage was very comfortable and had surprising little extras like fresh eggs and milk. Rooms were cozy and well-decorated, and the heating could be easily adjusted. Enjoyed a great catch-up weekend with friends in this well-equipped cottage. The location was also convenient, with a short walk to Moffat's Main Street.

We had a wonderful stay at this warm, cosy, and spotless cottage. It felt like a home away from home. The facilities were great, and the garden will be lovely during the summer. The host was very nice and attentive. We especially loved the little "fox" touches throughout the cottage. The location is perfect, with a short walk or drive to the town center. There are also plenty of walking trails nearby. we highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely return.

Despite the weather preventing us from enjoying the garden, it looked like a perfect place to relax. The cottage had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a spacious lounge area. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, complete with toiletries. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were amazingly comfortable with beautiful bedding. The attention to detail in the cottage was impressive, with games, books, and menus for local takeaways. The location of the cottage was ideal, with Moffat town just a short walk away. We also found plenty of things to do in the local area, such as the Fairy Trail at Loch Lomond. our stay at Fox Cottage was wonderful and we highly recommend it.

Although the shower room could use some attention and the shower flow was poor, it didn't significantly impact our stay. Additionally, the cottage's distance from restaurants and the main road was slightly farther than described, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.
