The breakfast at Fraser House was absolutely amazing, with personalized touches and delicious porridge made just for us. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything and offering a great view. The room had comfortable beds and was spacious enough for our needs.

This hotel is a real gem! it is located in a quiet area of the city, right in the centre of Inverness with a lovely view of the River Ness. Secondly, the staff are incredibly attentive and always on hand to help. Lastly, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a great selection of tasty options.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the River Ness and just across the river from the city centre. This means that we were able to easily walk to most of the interesting places in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the host was excellent, as they were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and catered to our specific preferences.

That some of the bathroom essentials, like shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, were not provided.

Large room, comfy bed, fluffy bath towels. Plenty of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and biscuits. One window overlooking the river, the other with mountain views. Good Wi-Fi, even for streaming Netflix. Short walk to town over bouncy walk bridge. Great location, great stay!

Lovely bed and breakfast with a warm and inviting room, great view of the river and city. Convenient location, only a 5-minute walk to pubs, restaurants, and attractions. Secure covered parking for motorcycles. Exceptionally friendly owners with in-depth knowledge of the area. Fresh, bright, and clean property with a spectacular river outlook. Comfortably furnished room with a strong shower and limitless hot water. Great quality and choice for breakfast.

Great location with easy access to the city centre and lots of nearby attractions. the coffee and tea making facilities in the room were a nice touch, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling.

The cleanliness of our room was not up to par. There were noticeable amounts of dust and hair under the bed and in the corners of the room.

The facilities include a covered and locked backyard, perfect for storing bicycles or luggage.

Some guests may find the early morning noise from seagulls near the B&B bothersome.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the shower. the beds weren't the most comfortable and the floor of the room squeaked a lot, which was a bit annoying.

I recently stayed at Fraser House in Inverness for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The inn keeper, Leah, was phenomenal - attentive, energetic, friendly. The location was great, right next to the river, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and bars nearby. The double room on the top floor was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a varied choice. Check-in and -out were a breeze, with Leah being super accommodating. A 100% recommendation!

The parking situation was a bit limited, with metered parking on the street in front of the B&B. Additionally, the curtains in my room were not blackout as advertised, which allowed some light to filter in.
