The location of the apartment was fabulous, being situated in a quiet area which is rare for central London. As a light sleeper, this was perfect for me. The apartment was well-equipped with a functional kitchen, comfortable bed, and a full bath with good water pressure. The air conditioning was a godsend, especially during the warm weather. the facilities and amenities provided were excellent.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints.

I recently stayed at Fraser Residence and was upgraded to the Penthouse on the 6th floor. The staff at both locations were extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay. The Penthouse itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The WIFI worked efficiently, and there was even an iPod stereo dock for entertainment. Despite the noise from nearby bars and clubs, I had a comfortable stay.

The studio apartment was incredibly spacious and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony that was a lovely surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Annalisa, were incredibly helpful and recommended some great places to eat nearby. The location was perfect, with easy access to various attractions and amenities.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Best aspects included cleanliness, location in the center of the city, and being close to Monument station. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk from both Monument and Bank stations, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is also located in a quiet and quaint little street, which added to the charm. Additionally, the free wifi was a great bonus.
