For the price we paid, we got incredible value for our money. The room was absolutely immaculate, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the beach and all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

You can easily stroll to the shops and enjoy the cafes in the area. The apartment itself is exceptionally clean and well-decorated, with beautiful white bedding and a well-designed kitchen.

We had some difficulty controlling the heating appliance in the apartment.

The location is perfect, being just a short walk away from the beach, shops, and cafes. With the seafront being so close, it's convenient for a day out by the water. The room itself is spacious and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully functioning kitchen with a dishwasher and oven. The bathroom is gorgeous, offering a full bath with a good temperature and water pressure.

There is no direct access to parking, which can be a bit inconvenient.

frinton escapes in frinton-on-sea never disappoints. this time, the apartment exceeded expectations with its warm, cosy, and modern atmosphere. everything we needed was provided, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the close proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. the owners have clearly put love and care into every detail, and we'll definitely be back in the future.

Exceedingly peaceful and cared for studio flat with tasteful decor. A desirable king-size bed for ultimate comfort. Great use of space, not cramped at all. Cosy and stylish with underfloor heating, good WiFi, and a large TV. Fantastic central location, just minutes from the high street.

Heating appliance was difficult to control and there was some noise from guests above. Finding the apartment was a bit challenging despite instructions.

So cosy and well located - beautifully designed and the heated floorboards were such a luxury in winter. Absolutely wonderful and can't wait to return! Mind blowing apartment, bright and well decorated with homely touches. Comfiest bed I've ever slept on. Bathroom tastefully appointed and spotlessly clean.

This hotel is super close to the beach and all amenities. It is so close to the beach and also conveniently located near shops and cafes. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and it had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were responsive and quickly sorted out any issues, such as the wifi going off.
