Modern and clean, friendly staff, lovely room with nice window shutters and comfy pillows, complimentary water and great Nespresso machine, good breakfast options. Watch out for parking charges, but staff were understanding and refunded half. Highly recommend.

The best hotel on the Royal Mile! We stayed at Radisson Collection and it was incredible. the rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. We loved the USB ports for charging our devices and the complimentary phone was a lifesaver. the location was perfect, within walking distance of the castle and great restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, even recommending amazing dining spots. We can't wait to stay here again and bring our friends. With comfortable beds, a fridge for drinks, and complimentary coffees and teas, this hotel has it all!

Bright, modern, and funky hotel with a perfect location for shopping and exploring. the staff were exceptional and provided excellent service. the rooms had a wow factor, with comfortable beds, stylish bathrooms, and great amenities like a kettle and Nespresso machine.

Some rooms had issues with temperature control, and the air conditioning controls were difficult to find. In one room, there was ongoing maintenance work outside the window, causing disruptions and a lack of privacy.

I was delighted with the fresh cooked breakfast every morning, especially the fresh eggs. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from the Royal Mile, which made it convenient to explore the city. The staff, especially Ann the front reception manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had all the necessary paperwork for our flights home. It gave us peace of mind and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently spent my Thanksgiving holiday at a hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. the welcoming staff was extremely friendly and attentive, provided us with complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival. the location is perfect, right in the middle of the city's main shopping and tourist areas. the free breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of delicious options.

The noise from the nearby main street and other guests walking around disturbed our sleep. the rooms aren't soundproofed to protect from the street noise and even from the sounds of people walking past the room.
