We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem in the Peak District. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby walking routes, and the campsite was well-maintained with clean shower and toilet facilities. The yurt itself was cozy and had a comfortable bed, and we loved the wood-fired hot tub that stayed at a perfect temperature. The cooking facilities were more than adequate, and the nearby pubs provided fantastic dinner options. this was one of our best weekends away with our dog and we hope to return next year.

One minor issue was the water in the hot tub becoming murky on the second day, but there were tools available to remove any scum.

The staff's response to a small tomato sauce stain on the bed was unfair, causing inconvenience.

The bed is superb and the wood fireplace heats up the yurt effortlessly. Cooking facilities are more than adequate, although the local pubs are equally fantastic. The location is ideal for hiking, with popular routes nearby. This is definitely one of the best weekends we've had with our pooch. The check-in was seamless, the venue is lovely, and the site is immaculate. The pre-heated hot tub and ample wood available upon arrival were a delightful surprise. We can't wait to come back and will happily recommend this incredible place. Sue, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special.
